Visits without behaviour
Built-in stats stop at page views and referrers. Replay and heatmaps show what happened between arriving and leaving.
Analytics for Squarespace
Squarespace tells you how many people visited. It does not show you where they hesitated, what they clicked, or why they left without booking.
Why it matters
Built-in stats stop at page views and referrers. Replay and heatmaps show what happened between arriving and leaving.
Squarespace layouts scroll a long way. Scroll maps tell you how far people actually get, so you can move the booking button above the point they stop.
You see the submissions you received, never the ones abandoned halfway. Replay shows the field where people stopped filling it in.
Setup
Open Settings, then Advanced, then Code Injection, and paste the snippet into the Header box. It applies to every page on the site.
Settings → Advanced → Code Injection → Header
<!-- Settings > Advanced > Code Injection > Header -->
<script
src="https://pulsepanda.dev/sdk.js"
data-project="YOUR_PROJECT_ID"
defer></script>Code Injection needs a Business plan or higher. On Personal plans, add the snippet to a Code block on the pages you most want to measure.
Workflow
Paste the snippet once into Code Injection and every page on the site is covered.
Call pulsepanda.track() on key actions and pulsepanda.identify() after login to connect events, sessions, and feedback to each user.
Build funnels, watch the replays behind drop-offs, read heatmaps, and collect in-product feedback — all in one workspace.
What you get

FAQ
No. Everything runs from the one snippet you paste into Code Injection, so there is nothing to install or keep updated.
Squarespace serves checkout on its own domain, so the snippet does not run there. You will see the whole journey up to checkout, which is where most drop-off happens anyway.
The script is deferred, so the browser finishes drawing your page before it loads. Visitors see the site at the same speed as before.
