Pricing questions
What counts as a "session"?
A session is one continuous visit by a user to your product. Sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. Recorded sessions count toward your plan's monthly replay limit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
You can change plan from your billing page at any time. Cancel your current plan and pick the new one — you keep what you're on until the end of the period you've already paid for, then the new plan starts. No lock-ins, no penalties.
What happens if I exceed my session limit?
New sessions stop being recorded once you reach your limit, and start again at the beginning of your next monthly cycle — or straight away if you upgrade. Everything already collected stays available.
