What counts as a "session"?
A session is one continuous visit by a user to your product. Sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. Recordings are a subset of sessions (you can configure which % to record).
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade instantly and downgrade at the end of your billing cycle. No lock-ins, no penalties.
What happens if I exceed my session limit?
We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. You can upgrade at any time, or we'll simply stop counting new sessions until the next billing cycle — your data is never lost.
