How PulsePanda subscriptions work

This policy explains plan activation, renewals, upgrades, cancellations, refunds, taxes, and payment responsibilities for PulsePanda paid subscriptions.

Effective May 16, 2026 Applies to paid plans

1. Scope

This Subscription Policy applies when you purchase, trial, renew, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel a paid PulsePanda plan. It supplements our Terms and Conditions. If a signed order form says something different, the order form controls for that purchase.

2. Plans and Included Usage

Each subscription includes the features, seats, workspaces, domains, events, recordings, storage, support level, and usage limits shown on the pricing page, checkout screen, invoice, or order form at the time of purchase.

We may change plan names, packaging, or features over time. Changes will not reduce the core paid access for your active billing period unless required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

3. Trial and Free Access

Trial or free access may be limited by time, features, usage volume, or workspace access. We may modify, extend, or end trial access at our discretion.

If payment details are collected for a trial, your paid subscription may begin automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before the renewal date shown at checkout or in the app.

4. Billing Cycle and Renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically on the selected monthly, annual, or other billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. You authorize PulsePanda and its payment processors to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees, applicable usage charges, and taxes.

Renewal dates are based on the original subscription start date unless we state otherwise in the product, checkout, invoice, or order form.

5. Upgrades and Downgrades

When you upgrade, we may charge the prorated difference for the remaining billing period or start a new billing cycle, depending on the checkout flow or order form.

Downgrades usually take effect at the next renewal date. If a downgrade would place your workspace above the new plan limits, you may need to reduce seats, domains, stored data, or other usage before the downgrade can be completed.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel a self-serve subscription from the app or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund fees already charged.

Unless we state otherwise, you may continue using paid features until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation becomes effective, your workspace may move to a free plan, read-only mode, limited mode, or be scheduled for deletion according to our retention practices.

7. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement. We may review refund requests case by case, including duplicate payments, billing errors, or service access issues caused by PulsePanda.

Refund requests should include the workspace name, account email, invoice details, and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible.

8. Failed Payments

If payment fails, we may retry the charge, notify the account owner, restrict paid features, suspend the workspace, or cancel the subscription. You remain responsible for unpaid fees and taxes incurred before cancellation or suspension.

9. Taxes and Invoices

Prices may exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, levies, withholding, and similar government charges. If tax details are required for an invoice, you are responsible for providing accurate billing information before the invoice is generated.

10. Usage Limits and Overages

Some plans include usage limits. If your usage exceeds plan limits, we may ask you to upgrade, charge overage fees where disclosed, throttle collection, pause new data ingestion, or restrict selected features until the workspace is back within limits.

11. Price Changes

We may change prices for future billing periods. For active subscriptions, we will provide reasonable notice before a material price increase takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new pricing for future renewals.

12. Data After Cancellation

After a subscription ends, you may lose access to paid features and historical data beyond free-plan limits. We recommend exporting important data before cancellation. Data deletion and retention are handled according to our Privacy Policy and product retention settings.

13. Support

Subscription and billing questions can be sent to support@pulsepanda.dev. We may ask for account ownership verification before making billing or subscription changes.
