Analytics for Shopify

Analytics & session replay for Shopify

See exactly how shoppers move through your Shopify store. PulsePanda adds session replay, heatmaps, and checkout funnels from one snippet so you can find and fix the steps that lose sales.

Why it matters

What Shopify teams can finally see

Carts get abandoned

Build a funnel from product view to purchase and watch the replays where shoppers drop off before paying.

You cannot see the friction

Heatmaps reveal which products, images, and buttons get attention — and which are ignored.

Theme changes are guesswork

Compare behavior before and after theme edits to know whether a change actually helped conversion.

Setup

Add PulsePanda to Shopify

Add the snippet to your theme so it loads on every storefront page. Go to Online Store → Themes → Edit code and open theme.liquid.

Shopify — layout/theme.liquid (inside <head>)

<head> {{ content_for_header }} <script src="https://pulsepanda.dev/sdk.js" data-project="YOUR_PROJECT_ID" defer></script> </head>

Place the snippet just before the closing </head> tag and click Save. Session replay, heatmaps, and analytics start on every page of your store.

FAQ

Shopify questions

Do I need to install a Shopify app?

No. PulsePanda is a single script tag you paste into theme.liquid, so there is no app to install or approve.

Can I track the Shopify checkout?

You can track all storefront pages by editing theme.liquid. Shopify restricts custom scripts on the hosted checkout for non-Plus plans; product, cart, and content pages are fully supported.

Will it slow down my store?

No. The snippet is deferred and loads after your content, so it does not block your storefront from rendering.
